This is my plan for today and should be a good one from our friends at Performance Integrative Training (P.I.T.).

Post your times!

MONDAY 1-14-13

60sec plank/ 30sec superman hold
25ea side leg raises.
35 Abmat situps or can openers
100 bicycle crunches
100 jump rope singles

3 rounds
5 chin ups/pullups
10 atomic pushups
15 air squats

60sec plank/ 30sec superman hold
25ea side leg rs.
35 Abmat
100 bicycle crunches
100 jump rope singles

3 rounds – Reps of 15/10/5…
squat thrusters (increase weight each round)
inverted ring rows

60sec plank/ 30sec superman hold
25ea side leg rs
35 Abmat
100 bicycle crunches
100 jump rope singles

    At our gym not all workouts are timed to focus the attention not on speed, but quality. I have no time to post as this workout was not a timed class. I will try to posts times to give you some type of measure for your workouts. This one looked more daunting then it was, but that said sill a good Monday class.
