What did you do today?

The old guy here did the following workout today:
FRIDAY 1-11-13
400m run warm up
4 rounds on the rings:
- 8ea skater squat
- 10ea prone alternating knee raises
Tabata… 8 rds… 20sec on/10sec off…
- Abmat situps- I did Can openers with a 10 lbs plate (14-16/round)
- air squat (14-18/round)
- Iso hold plank to pushup position, really no rest on this one, core/triceps abuser for sure
Finish w/…
- 20 min. yoga/stretch
This was pretty light compared to the usual, but after little rest in the last few weeks it was a nice change of pace.
Easy day tomorrow and hope to go outside or hit Truhold Sunday to send some of my projects.
