I cannot perform much of this, but I wish I could. I will try most of it one-armed and run the rest or based on what I see run the whole workout. Yikes.

If you need to burn some calories before the weekend give this P.I.T. workout a shot. This is a good cardio test.

1 mile run

3 rounds
100/75/50 battle rope doubles
200/150/100 jumprope singles (50/40/25 doubles)

Finish w/ 10-15 min yoga!
