This will be a combination of on and off the wall training, injury prevention/injury management and nutrition. We will be developing a video series we hope will help you all achieve your climbing & bouldering goals.

For those of you that need something to do today, try this workout:

THURSDAY 2-14-13
10 rounds
3 deadlift
3 hang power clean
3 push press/ jerk
3 pullups/chinups
