The Metolius 10-minute Simulator Hangboard Workout. This exercise regimen was designed to help you destroy out on the rocks. The video details a 3x/week training exercise describing each minute and how it will make you stronger. The emphasis is on core, tension and finger-strength and was engendered for those of you with limited time to train each day.
