1-7-13 Workout

| January 8, 2013 | Reply

We are getting a lot of inquires on training, so I thought I would pass along what I do to keep in shape. My goal for the year is V12, may be too optimistic, but I am driven to get there if at all possible. I use a combination of high-intensity training methods off the wall, on the wall training, hang board, campus, system training and of course getting out side whenever I get a hall pass.

MONDAY 1-7-13

Buy In: 2000m row
5 rds…
15 wall ball
5ea/5ea/5ea sidewinders/bucket toss/overhead toss with a med ball
10 box jumps

Finish w/Core series on ball
This started with 100 ab crunches on the physio ball
Then followed by a series of knee tucks, bridges, scorpion twists

There were about 5-6 different ab core exercises on the ball, brutal.

I then hit the climbing gym that evening and bouldered moderate problems for about 90 minutes.

JT maybe you can fill in the core work in the comments if you see this post.
